The Kelly Shaw Team was created in 2016 to better assist an increasing number of St. Louis area home buyers and sellers being referred to Kelly from clients who had their own great experiences with her. The team concept was perfect for Kelly as she has kept a rewarding weekend nursing job in addition to a full time real estate career. In 2002, Kelly Shaw saw the potential in the St. Louis real estate market and got involved as a licensed REALTOR. As the real estate market heated up she became a broker and even founded her own real estate company. Kelly eventually followed course with the changing market and is now a proud Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties. BHHS offers a quality, national brand with name recognition and a large network of agents to best assist her home buyers and sellers. Kelly's goal is to provide exceptional real estate service from a positive, energetic work environment by building lifetime client relationships that enhance the referral base of my business and create a long lasting partnership of satisfied clients. She continues to advance her real estate abilities through special training and is ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and AWHD (At Home With Diversity) certified. In addition Kelly has been a dedicated, registered nurse since 1988.


Susan Kottmann is Assistant Team Leader for Kelly Shaw Team and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016. Prior to her real estate career, Susan worked in computer software engineering. A focused listener, able advisor and fierce yet fair advocate, Susan is known for her intuition and diligence while employing encouragement and genuine concern as she creates a positive experience for both sides in any property transaction. Her business approach is direct and successful: Susan listens to client's needs and matches them to the right property, then assures an honest and efficient transaction. Jackye Adams is a licensed Realtor who serves as Team Administrator for Kelly Shaw Team. She also specializes in buying and selling homes in the St. Charles, St. Louis and surrounding areas. Jackye has completed theReal Estate Mastery & At Home With Diversity Designations as well as achieving her ABR certification. She has over 15 years of sales experience and consistently offers the highest standard in customer service. As Team Administrator, Jackye helps to ensure that all transactions are processed smoothly and in a timely fashion.



Jana Rice is a St. Louis area native and professional marketer with over 15 years experience marketing in the field of real estate. Jana previously worked in the marketing department at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties for ten years where she helped market the company and assisted over 550 agents and 10 offices with marketing, training and technology. She currently owns her own marketing consulting business. Jana assists the Kelly Shaw Team with social media management including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram. In addition she prepares special graphics and paid advertising on social media networks to best promote Kelly Shaw Team listings.
